WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship worldwide! International shipping roughly takes 7-21 business days or 3-5 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note we are not responsible for any delays or fees due to customs. Please contact your local postal service for more information on customs and duties.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES?

Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days to process then ship. A signature may or may not become required to receive. 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order will process 7-10 Business Days. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Additionally, allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS/UPS/DHL. Please refrain from contacting our Social Media team with order questions. They do not have access to orders nor record of emails that are sent.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent. Please ensure your checkout process is complete with the correct email address until you reach the page containing your order number. Please note to check your spam folder, as well as your email, may have filtered into that folder.

WHAT IF MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I DO NOT HAVE MY ORDER?

Our tea is most effective when you drink it 2-3 times a day, 1 cup per serving. 

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DRINK THE TEAS?

 It is suggested you start and finish your day with a comforting cup when your stomach is relatively empty. Be sure you're drinking the tea/drops 30 mins before a meal, 45 mins after a fruit & 2 hrs after any meal to give your body a better chance to absorb the helpful nutrients from the tea.

HOW DO I PREPARE THE TEAS?

For best results, put about one tablespoon of tea into your tea infuser. Place the tea infuser in your favorite cup and pour almost boiling water over it. Let the tea steep for 5 to 15 minutes. The longer it steeps, the stronger the flavor becomes.

While drinking, take your time and surround yourself with positive thoughts and energy while you’re enjoying your tea. We suggest sipping with a relaxed and open heart.

 WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHILE DRINKING THE TEAS?

As you're drinking the teas or taking the supplements, your body's reactions will give you a lot of information of what more it needs or doesn't need and what it is releasing and what imbalances it's unraveling.

During this time you may experience some cramping, spotting, bleeding & slight changes to the menstrual and ovulatory cycle. These are all common signs when starting these products and is usually a sign that your body is starting to rebalance, releasing old/stagnant energy and blood that is no longer serving you and that your body is adjusting to the herbs in the teas.

Typically, ladies notice these adjustments and symptoms subside or start to even out after a couple of weeks or in their next cycle after allowing some time for the body to balance.

Common detox symptoms include: headaches, excess sweating, frequent bowel movements, in some cases acne as the toxins try to release themselves, slight nausea. Please be sure to drink a gallon of spring water to help flush your body of toxins.
