Where do you ship?

We proudly ship worldwide.
International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, or 3–5 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

What are your shipping options within the United States?

Standard Shipping: Please allow 7–10 business days for processing and shipment.
A signature may or may not be required upon delivery, depending on carrier discretion.

How do I track my order?

Your order will process within 7–10 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 business hours for tracking details to update in the USPS, UPS, or DHL systems.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

Once your order is complete, a confirmation email containing your order number and details will be sent to you.
If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder, as emails are sometimes filtered there.

What if my order says “Delivered” but I have not received it?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your shipping carrier directly to resolve the issue or file a claim.
All packages are insured, but Ace Trophy Pure is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

How often should I drink the teas?

For best results, we recommend drinking your chosen tea 2–3 times per day, one cup per serving.

When is the best time to drink the teas?

Enjoy your tea when your stomach is relatively empty for optimal absorption:

  • 30 minutes before a meal

  • 45 minutes after eating fruit

  • 2 hours after a full meal

We suggest beginning and ending your day with a cup to help your body align naturally with its cycle.

How do I prepare the teas?

Use approximately one teaspoon of loose tea per cup.
Place in a tea infuser, pour hot (not boiling) water over it, and steep for 5–15 minutes depending on your desired strength.

As you sip, slow down and breathe allow the tea ritual to bring you back into your body with positive intention and calm focus.

What can I expect while drinking the teas?

As your body begins detoxifying and rebalancing, you may experience temporary sensations such as:

  • Mild cramping, spotting, or light bleeding

  • Shifts in menstrual or ovulation patterns

  • Headaches, sweating, increased bowel movements, mild nausea, or temporary acne

These are common detox responses and usually ease after a few weeks as your body adjusts to the herbs.
