Refunds/Exchanges/Incorrect Item

Refunds- Due to the nature of the products we do not offer refunds. If you have any damage to your order please contact us at acetrophypure@gmail.com with your order number attached and we will be glad to send you a replacement. 

Exchange- To comply with our strict quality control procedures and ensure our herbal products' potency, we are unable to issue exchange your item once your online order has left our premises. This is a safety measure to ensure none of our products have been tampered with. Thank you for understanding.


Damaged on arrival- 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

A photo of the damaged or incorrect item MUST be sent to the email provided. If a photo is not provided unfortunately we cannot issue a replacement.
