Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
A clear photo of the issue must be emailed to support@acetrophypure.net  for review.


Without a photo submission, we are unable to process replacements.

Please note that Instagram and Facebook messages are not considered valid communication channels for reporting product or shipping issues. All concerns must be submitted via email.
