Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment
Our Fulfillment Center operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, and ships orders five days a week.
Once your order is placed and an order number has been generated, it means your order has been successfully entered into our system.
Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your tracking number is issued and order shipped.
For Priority Shipping, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) to qualify for same day processing.
If, for any reason beyond our control, the Priority Shipping timeline is not met, your Priority Shipping fee will be waived and refunded accordingly.
Shipping Rates
All shipping rates and delivery options are clearly displayed during checkout before finalizing your order.
Rates shown include both shipping and handling fees.
International Shipping
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and may vary depending on your country’s import regulations.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Please double check your shipping address prior to completing your order.
Carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL may be unable to deliver packages if an address is incomplete or missing an apartment or suite number.
Ace Trophy Pure cannot be held responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
We are not liable for stolen packages once an order has been marked as “Delivered” by the postal carrier.
Returned Orders
If your order is returned to sender, please contact us via email with your order number to notify us. Should you wish to have your order reshipped, a reshipment fee will apply.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for returned packages unless the error was on our end.
