Directions: Pour 2 quarts of water into a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Add 2 tbsp. of herbs to the water, cover and remove from heat and let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Pour mixture into large bucket, or yoni seat. Cover your lower half with a towel to prevent the steam from escaping. Let your pelvis relax as the warmth penetrates your yoni. Steam time: 20-40 mins.
