Only purchase if you’ve entered the incorrect address and your item has been returned to the sender or your parcel has exceeded its period (UK customers only).
Please enter the correct address (please be sure to include your apartment or suite number).
After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 7-10 business days. You will not receive any notifications about it until a shipping label has been created. Once the order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to carriers site.
Please note: If you paid for faster shipping, our processing time is still the same (7-10 Business Days).
Please keep in mind, the delivery dates are only estimated. On rare occasions your parcel may arrive outside of the estimated time.
