Refunds/Exchanges/Incorrect Item
By completing a purchase with Ace Trophy Pure, you acknowledge and agree that:
All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, delayed results, or failure to read product descriptions prior to purchase. Shipping timelines are clearly communicated at checkout and acknowledged upon purchase.
Refunds or replacements may be issued solely at the discretion of Ace Trophy Pure in cases of verified shipping failures, lost packages, or incorrect orders.
All claims must be submitted via email to support@acetrophypure.net within 7 days of the expected delivery date with supporting documentation.
Cancellations are accepted only if requested before a shipping label has been created. Once a shipping label is generated, the order is considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@acetrophypure.net immediately after purchase.
Ace Trophy Pure is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
