Shipping Policy

 

How long does it take Ace Trophy Pure to ship my order? 

Our Fulfillment Center operates Monday through Friday from 9:00AM EST to 5PM EST, and we offer a 5-day-a-week shipping policy to our customers.


Once your order is submitted and an order number is received that means we have it in our system. You can expect to receive your tracking number within 3-7 business days.  Even if you paid for a faster shipping service our processing timeline still remains the same. You will not receive any notifications about your order until a shipping label is created.

Please note that the estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination of the package.  We do our best to provide accurate estimated delivery times and keep our customers informed of any delays or issues that may arise during shipping. Once your package is processed you will receive a "Shipping Notification Email".  "Shipped" means the order is packed, labeled and ready for the carrier to pick up. Pick-up times vary due to driver schedules, traffic, weather and other factors. Orders shipped late in the day or on weekends may not be picked up until the next business day. Please do not worry if tracking results are not immediately available. Carriers can take up to two business days to update information on their websites.


Shipping Rates:

At Ace Trophy Pure all of our shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. 

International Shipping:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for those fees.

 

In certain scenarios, USPS, UPS or DHL carriers may be unable to deliver your package if your address is incomplete or lacks an apartment number. We cannot be held accountable for such instances, therefore, we strongly advise you to thoroughly verify your address. 

 

Ace Trophy Pure is not liable for stolen packages after they are marked as 'Delivered' by the postal service.

 

 

Q. What happens when my order is returned to sender? 

Once your order is returned to sender, please send us an email with your order number to notify us of the package being returned to us. If you’re requesting for your order to reship, you must purchase a reship fee. There are absolutely no refunds for orders being returned to us unless it was a mistake on our end.
