May help cleanse the blood & regulate bowels and helps with detox.
This product should not be used if you are currently taking birth control, have an IUD, or have any metal implants in your body.
Directions:
✅ Add 1 teaspoon of herbs to a strainer.
✅ Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the herbs.
✅ Cover & steep for 10-15 minutes, then strain.
✅ Allow to cool to room temperature before drinking. Do not consume hot or cold.
✅ Drink 1-2 cups daily, preferably in the morning or evening.
📅 For deep detox, use consistently for 2-4 weeks. For maintenance, 2-3 times per week.
