PCOS and fertility drops

I have very irregular periods due to PCOS and I don’t ovulate naturally. I have been taking letrozole but only lasted two months due to the terrible side effects. Have been taking your pcos and fertility drops daily for a month and I’ve had my first positive ovulation test without using letrozole! My period also came back after missing over a month.
